Right, I've just stuck the Edge Pro back in my JS1200, I've restrung it correctly but no matter what it will NOT hold tune and I really don't know why
anyone got any reasonable ideas?

done.
when I tune the E A D it's fine, as soon as I tune the higher strings it puts the others out of tune.
at first the string tree was at an angle so I corrected that but it still didn't help anything.
Should I stretch the strings again and leave them rest overnight?

yeah, stretch the strings, like this dude:

and, the way of tuning the strings with the FR is:
E, A, E, A, D, E, A, D, G, E, A, D, G, B, E, A, D, G, B, E, E, A, D, G, B, E, then lock the nut and do the same with the fine tuners.

strings are properly stretched as shown in that video... if this now holds tune I'm going to look liek such a n00b and if this doesn't work I'm going to be VERY worried
