Can you name me some? I mostly dig on Classic Rock [Beatles, Spencer Davis Group, Bob Dylan, The Band, Hendrix] and bands like Strokes, Vines, Arctic Monkeys, At The Drive-In etc etc

I listen to a lot more, but I'm looking for solos that are from bands sort of like those [or those] with some easy solos to play. I've been playing guitar for 5 years but I've never really played solos at all. Really melodic solos would be nice.

The solo from Whole Lotta Love, after the minute or so of orgasms is amazing sounding and amazingly simple.

All You Need Is Love by The Beatles is an incredibly easy solo. Keep in mind it was also considered to be one of the 50 worst solos of all time.

To say of what is that it is not, or of what is not that it is, is false, while to say of what is that it is, and of what is not that it is not, is true.

Whole Lotta Love, is both amazing and impressive, while remaining easy

Highway To Hell is pretty cool and simple, too.
Anything from the Californication album.

G N R, AC-DC, Dire Straits, or maybe even Zz Top?

zz top solos might be harder if he doesn't know pinch harmonics, 'cause billy gibbons actually uses them alot.
"I wanna see movies of my dreams"
Maybe try Neil Young's Danger Bird.

Some nice moves up and down the board, bends, slides and some other good stuff that will serve you well in future. Nothing too hard or fast and it sounds hot.

Also has easy backing chords to record and play to.

Comfortably Numb also has some good stuff even if you can't get the whole thing down there's a whole heap of hot riffs in there.
depends on your skill level. personally my favourite easy solo is enter sandman by good ole metallica
any nirvana solo, oh wait you said that dont blow. the solo to tom petty-m.j. last dance is easy and really nicely written!
