1 ) it is very cold in my house (like around 50 degrees daily or so) our heater is not working and im not sure when it'll be fixed, anyway, my guitar sits in a coffin case all day so i'm not worried about it (my electric) but im getting an acoustic soon. can i leave it out of a case (note i only have a "gig bag" type case, its' not an actual solid case) will this protect it?

2) where do i start with neoclassical? nothing too extreme, need some beginner vids/lessons/songs to try etc

cold is baddddd for the acoustic...it drys out...so get a humidifier for it and keep it in it's case...

i don't know where i'd put the humidifier.... if i kept it in a hardshell case even if it was cold would it still break?

okay i did not realize they made humidifiers that hang off the strings or whatever, so if i get one of those and keep it on when i put it in it's case, it'll be fine? what about playing, would the cold harm it if i'm taking it out to play it?
