I've been wondering if you were to teleport right next to the sun for like 1/10000000 of a sec then come back, would you not feel anything or would you be fried?

yes. you would be fried. the sun's heat is so intense that even if you were there for a fraction of THAT time, you would come back fried.

irrelevant, because it's impossible, so applying science to it is illogical.

however, in your fantasy land i would guess you would be fried.

if you were there for a nano second you would die. if you were there for a fraction of a nano second you would die. the light and energy it emits can kill you instantly.

but one thing is that.... in Smallville (), there was this one episode when this one fast guy was trapped in this place where electric currents were like millions of volts or something. And the bad guy said if he were to stop for a microsecond or whatever, he'd fry. So if the time gets to be like 1/100000000000000000000000000000 of a sec, wouldn't you have a chance of surviving? or is it just fake....

i love smallville and that episode with Bart (soon to be Flash), but come on. you're basing this on Lex Luthor's threats?

still probably not. read the other responses, they will vouch for me. the sun is just to hot for anyone to live anywhere near it.

Okay, then another change.. If you were to spend 1/1000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 of a sec (idk how many more 0's it takes but w/e) anyway, if you were to spend that much time and be quicker than speed of light, would you still die? I mean, come on! as long as the heat waves or rays or whatever can't hit you, you'd be fine.. right?

yeah, this is retarded, why would you want to teleport to the sun anyway, even if you weren't burnt to a crisp and died, you'd go blind

Yeah, but that is not the case. Wherever you teleport, the heat is already there. You'd be fucked.

yes, but as long as you are teleporting to the sun, you would be surrounded. think of it like this.

you teleport into a pool at the same rate as you would the sun. you take up volume, meaning you would have to displace the waters volume. the only way the water would move is by????

hitting you.

If you look at the equation of heat transfer from one thing to an other you find out that Time is a variable so if you were to change that variable adequately you could theoretically teleport next to anything and come back alive if the time were short enough. So yeah maybe if you teleport for like 0.00000000000000000000000001 sec you'd be ok but I'm not gonna try and calculate anything related to that so you just go ahead and do it if you feel like it. And might get somewhat accurate answer to your question.
The army is exactly like Boys Scouts .... except Boys Scouts are supervised by adults.

heres the deal, when teleporters exist you go ahead and try for yourself.

but do us a favor and wait til atleast 2 teleporters exist. That way you don't take the one and only teleporter in the world to be destroyed by the sun

Okay. Sorry for the trouble guys. I guess I'll have to wait a while.. (or maybe i could get some children and they'll have teleporting abilities too. anyone wanna volunteer? )

dont forget the massive amounts of energy the sun produces. since that energy is around the sun it would already be there before you teleported there. plus. you cant go faster than light.
