Aphex Twin definitely.

If you like synth, you'll probably like D&B as well - I also suggest Dieselboy, DJ DB, Aphrodite, & DJ Dara.

If you like melodic death metal with synths. The lead singer for the first band looks like a Japanese Anders Friden (In Flames).

Dead Can Dance
Black Tape for a Blue Girl
Depeche Mode
Sopor Aeturnus and the Ensemble of Shadows.

All my industrial mates- CeDigest, Xung Tekh, Sellafield, Avess, Today is Mine, Lucid Static, Angelspit, Rezumaki, Dolls of Ink, D.Blackskull, Stacey Synthetic, Mei Sonitus. On top of that, pretty much all mainstream dance- Cascada, Basshunter, Booty Luv, etc. Mainstream Hip Hop- Lil' Wayne, T-Pain, Kanye West, etc.
