Just started trying some blues stuff. Has any one got a tab of 'Blues after hours' by Pee Wee Clayton? Its an instrumental and sounds fairly easy. Any other Blues stuff for beginners woud be appreciated, too. thanks

Thanks. I am learning the blues scale (or trying to), and trying a bit of improv with what I know already. I'll try the tabs when I get home. Any other suggestions welcome.

I learned a lot of Leadbelly songs when I was first starting. They are all fairly simple, but theres something beautiful found in that simplicity. Try "In the Pines (Where did you sleep last night) for starters.
A lot of Robert Johnson isn't to hard to follow either.

Blues is farely simple
1) learn the blues scale
2) lots of double stop, perfect 4th, and perfect 5th
3) have no money in your pocket, while walkin down that lonely old road.
