I've only just downloaded this and it does help a great deal, I was wondering if i should change the deletion process on the settings page. However i have no idea what they do, and the benefits and disadvantages of them.

You can choose from
Normal file deletion.
Secure File deletion and have then choose the lvl of "passes" you want.

the secure deletion isnt really needed for most people, it just goes over it a few times for people so the file is harder to recover.

Oh right, and the number of passes you do, is the amount of times it deltes a file.

kind of yeah,

Well, when you delete a file from your PC, it doesn't actually "delete" as such, the location of memory on your HD where it is stored is just declared as vacant space. That's how it can be recovered.
