Piano would help with placing notes together, singing would help with constructing better melodies, and probably sitar. Drums would help with developing rhythm.

I learned alto saxophone and it greatly improved my knowledge of timing, rhythms, reading, theory, etc. Learning anything musical backs up your prior knowledge. So learn whatever instrument you like.

Learning any other instrument will have an big effect on your guitar playing. If you're stuck, and you don't seem to be improving, working on other instruments can give the boost in musicianship and intonation that could help you move on.
