I'm not talking about the delay, i'm talking about that very subtle wah effect that I don't know how to get....

Either a phaser or a flanger? I can't really tell the difference between the two.

there is a flange like effect on the drums.. but it sounds like a rapid delay with a slight modulation. I dount believe that or a phaser is on the guitar. I maybe wrong though i am listening through laptop speakers

Specifics are the key. The delay is the obvious effect. The other....I'm thinking Dynamic Wah such as the Boss AW-3.
