I just got a new squire bullet strat guitar and it plays alright (the actions alittle low if that matters) but the high E string goes out of tune just about every time its played even if its just for 10 secconds of playing. Whats the best way to fix this?

How long have you had it? It may just be because of new strings. Do some really hard bends and retune it a few times, and maybe that will help.

Stretch the strings properly before you restring the guitar, check there is nothing filling the nut slots for the strings to get caught on, and make sure you're re-string it correctly.
Yes, I know everything. No, I can't play worth a damn.
