Does anyone else here find that listening to different music while you're sleeping changes how good a sleep you have?

I can listen to anything and manage to sleep but for some reason rise against songs just help me sleep quicker, deeper and for longer as well

oh and btw, i cant sleep with silence, i need music playing in the background

I always find it easier sleeping with my headphones on, it's great.

Edit: Not with music on, that'd be insane. Just the headphones.

One time I put Dark Side of the Moon on a loop at around 9 PM, and then I accidentally fell asleep. I slept terribly. Woke up at 6 in a cold sweat.

i listen to a guy called mr. rubber finger. he has a lot of really cool and funky songs, and the way he makes them makes it so easy to sleep. it just lifts all the cares of the day away.

i'm listening to it right now. man, i sure am getting tired from this sttgfvbgjlfskhgkldjfhg;kjasdfg

I Talk To The Wind by King Crimson is probably the only song I've ever fallen asleep to.

XAVIEDIT: And one time I made the mistake of listening to OK Computer all the way through before bed. I didn't sleep at all that night.

^My stereo has a sleep timer. I find it hard to sleep with headphones because they are so uncomfortable unless you sleep on your back only.

Yeah, I have to listen to music, or i have a sound machine that helps me sleep.

NIN tends to help me get to sleep faster, and I sleep deeper.
