well im between a line 6 spider II 112 or a randall rg100sc, i've heard both of them but I really cant decide so I need a little help here

PD: I play metallica, trivium , all that remains kinda stuff
PD2: I KNOW THE SPIDER II IS DIGITAL YOU DONT HAVE TO MENTION IT

but it sounds way better than the line 6 or its slightly better?

The Spider sounds way too digital for me. You won't be able to tell the difference in the guitars you play with. (Well, maybe just a tiny bit)

I havn't tried the Randall, but just avoid the Line 6.

ok I'll be getting some money for xmas so the randall is going to be mine pretty soon I hope

The line 6 is like having guitar pro as an amplifier with x100 more fuzz no wait "distortion".

You CAN play anything with anything....but some guitars sound right for some things, and not for others. Single coils sound retarded for metal, though those who are apeshit about harpsichord probably beg to differ.
