In my PA system, I had to rewire my speakon cable for bridged mono. How do I know if im getting full power through my speakers?

I think it can possibly be done by measuring the amps. I know we do it on car-stereos when maximising the output for the speakers. Although I don't know if the same applies for a PA system.
You already know that the system is running on 110v (assuming you live in the US), so you could do the following:
Watts = Amps x Volts.

Measue the amps coming out of the plug, mulitply it by the volts (110v) and you should see how much wattage you are getting.

Read this for more info on watts/amps/volts: http://www.powerstream.com/Amps-Watts.htm

hmm i never would have guessed that.
-PV14 Mixer
-Crown XTI 1000 Amp
-Two PR15 mains
-Shure SM58
-Dbx compressor/gate

But how exactly do I do this? Do I gotta cut the wire again?

If you have an ammeter, then yeah, you can cut it again to fit it in.

I dont have an ammeter, just multimeter

the best way would be to connect the mulitmeter (remember to set it to amps) directly onto the termial @ the speaker. But since this is inside a cabinet, that might be a little hard.
Also, speakon cables are not the easiest to connect anything but speakon to, due to the configuration of the plug.
But if it's just for testing the wattage and not for the mere soundquality, I'd guess the best way might be to either open the cab, or see if you can find another speakonplug that fits your cable, and then connect the second plug to your multimeter (did that make ANY sense??)
