so i just found an ESP LTD FX 260 while i was gettin a guitar...and am wonderin if the absence of grover tuners and an earvana compensated nut makes a lot of diff...cuz that is the only diff between the 260 and the 400...apart from the EMG's of course. But i am not that big on EMG's so that issomething i can live with.

Also if i decide to change the pups in the future on the 260 will i have to look for special pups since the guitar has a coil tap feature or will any ones do ??

heres the link btw

Well the grover tuners will keep the tuning alot more stable, and the earvana nut is for a more accurate intonation.
Pluss the 400 and above series are made of a better quality wood, and has better quality hardwear

in the fx series the 260 and the 400 have the same wood...and hardware seems to be the same too...because otherwise below 400 series are never even in my consideration...
abt the grover tuners, they can always be bought and installed later on right ??
