There's yer problem
Blindfolds aside I'd probably still close my eyes

And try to feel a trembling fetal life inside
that shotgun barrel that's about to make me bleed

Like an ulcer in the stomach of the beast

Here's what happens when you go on porno sites and you aren't "protected".

I dont go on porn sites.

I dont go on porn sites.

Well, contrary to popular belief, ALL sites could possibly contain a virus, not just porn. So it could have been anything you went to that wasn't safe.

Are you using Internet Explorer?

There was a recent security flaw that was exposed that may have to do with it.

I've seen a few people with bugs like this in Windows Vista. Does it work fine after you restart the computer?

These problems are caused by a bad context menu handler. A context menu handler is a shell extension handler that adds commands to an existing context menu (Example: cut, copy, paste, print, Scan with Norton etc). A poorly coded context menu handler may be causing any of the above symptoms. As context menu handlers can be added in different areas (file class, folder, allfilesystemobjects, HKCR\* registry keys), it's a difficult task for an end-user to pinpoint which shell extension is causing the problem.

yeah im a nerd...lol

reformat is all i can tell you because this is pretty tough to fix if you don't know jack about computers.
