You got the skills, but practice more the solo, and record it with a backtrack

Try to look at least half-excited when you play. No one wants to watch a guys sit there with a bored look on his face.

Get a new amp, your tone is terrible.

Get a backing track, it improves the overall quality.

Figure out the Wah timing, yours is way off.

Good cover, lacks showmanship and guitar tone, pretty much is all.

ah, explains it.

It may not be your amp, but your recording equipment. Ask your parents for a Line 6 POD 2.0? It records directly into your computer, and it sounds pretty good.

Often times, it's the recording equipment that makes covers sound bad, not the guitra/amp.
