inspired by favorite drum beat... pretty much your favorite part of any song played on guitar?

intro to Over the Hills and Far Away
"You've got to trust your instinct
And let go of regret
You've got to bet on yourself now star
'Cause that's your best bet" - 311

Plug In Baby riff
I have recreated a Mattocaster with Kaoss Pad built into the body. If you would be interested in having this mod done to your guitar, let me know!

My favorite guitar riff....thats a tough one.
Favorite riff that I can't play would probably be "Rain" by Trivium
Favorite riff that I can play would probably be "Unholy Confessions" by Avenged Sevenfold
Its really easy, but fun to play, especially when your jamming with someone who knows the harmony part.
My favorite solo that I can't play would be...the solo to "Afterlife" by Avenged Sevenfold.
My favorite solo that I can play is the mini solo in the beginning of "Peace Sells" by Megadeth. I love playing it because it sounds so complicated, but it is really easy with a little practice.

hmm. i'd have to say Elder Misantrophy (sp?) main riff by The Black Dahlia Murder, or the intro riff to The Devils Dick Disaster by TN12LLY or the intro to Save Me by Architects. some godly shit right there

So I was wondering, are black people capable feeling love? I mean can their brains comprehend that kind of emotion, or are they not programmed that way.

The riff to We Die Young- AIC. Also the main riff to Sludgefeast (Dinosaur Jr) and the clean chords before the distortion in Smashing Pumpkins' Mayonaise.

chorus riff from annihilator's Word Salad

opening riff (after intro solo) to testament's As the Seasons Grey

all the riffs off suicidal tendencies' Lights...camera...revolution

The intro part of Heart of Gold by Neil Young is pretty nice.

Most riffs from Appetite if we are talkin' electic. Rocket Queen riff comes to mind.

I could make a list of just Between the Buried and Me:

Mordecai - that 5/4 intro-jazz chord-metal riff is sweet, clean part and solo is beautiful

Anablephobia - First Breakdown

Ad a dglgmut - Whole song

Aesthetic- Holy ****, that intro is amazing.

Alaska - The part after the intro sweeping where it just grooves, it's kind of a breakdown, I guess.

Selkies- Clean part

Backwards Marathon - Main riff

Foamborn part 2 - the "Obsession, obsessive, obsessed, ABCESS!!" breakdown towards the beginning, as well as the "I will just keep waiting" breakdown towards the end.

Lots and lots more.

Seriously, that's worth actually owning. I'm not a big fan of purchasing things like that, based on principle, but I was more than happy to buy that. Good luck getting that to work though, you won't be disappointed.
