I love jazz 3's but they just fly out of my hands for rhythm. I've switched to Clayton Triangle Picks 1.26 mm. I'm in love with them, they feel perfect and I never have to worry about them flying out of my hands.

I like the picks but they are kind of slippery for me, but i just burn grooves into them with a old soldering iron.
