I haven't seen any Country Joe & The Fish threads. They're probably my 2nd favorite band. They are certainly underrated as a whole, as was Barry Melton as a guitarist. Here are some videos of a couple of their songs. What do you think about them?

Not So Sweet Martha Lorraine (Monterey Pop Festival '67):

Love (Woodstock '69):

Crystal Blues (Guitar Solo at 3:08):

I-Feel-Like-I'm-Fixin'-To-Die Rag (non-Woodstock version):

Rock and Soul (Woodstock '69):

and of course... I-Feel-Like-I'm-Fixin'-To-Die Rag (Woodstock '69):
I made a thread about them about a year ago, but nobody responded.

I own their debut album Electric Music for the Mind and Body, but had heard some of their material from various recordings prior to owning it.

I consider them to be a more-than-decent band who seemed to have notoriety during their time, but weren't fortunate enough to have their name preserved through to modern times.
