Ok so I just got a new one( ) and since it's a tube im taking every precaution/caution i can to not have to replace the tubes.... so is it ok to put it against a wall?
(back facing the wall)

It should be fine.
Maybe keep it an inch or two away from the wall so the tubes can ventilate a bit better,
but they don't really get hot enough to damage much anyways.
Tubes are more durable, and alot cheaper then you'd think they are.

LOL! Thats funny, cause I upgraded from a 15 watt spider to a Valveking as well.

Are you going to replace your speaker at some point?
Cause for 100-120 bucks, that'll improve the tone IMMENSELY!

That's ridiculous, that's only if you want a V30.

My speaker upgrade was $78, and the entire Eminence line is under $100.

TS, keep it a few inches a way from the way, that way the tubes have some room to breathe and not overheat.
