I loaded mine a little early because I am not sure if I will be on this weekend or not.

It starts off heavier with some crust/death bands and works its way down to black metal stuff. The last two bands are especially for Broadsword because he asked for some new DBM.

Playlist:

Helcaraxe-Chainmail
Limb from Limb-Relentless Torment
Sanctum-Victory or Defeat
Filth of Mankind-Obledna Rzecywistos
Morne-Sorrow
Monarque-Le Vent Du Nord
Sombres Forets-L'oeil Nocturne
Gris-Il Etait une Foret...

Sit back, headbang and pound some beers.

You know how I feel about the French.

They are from Canada.

French Canadians. And they speak French. If it smells like a Frenchman, it is a Frenchman.

Christ-massacre, no?

Anyways, congratulations for having the first playlist where I wasn't familiar with any of the bands

I really enjoyed the first three tracks, the fourth was decent but didn't keep me headbanging like it should've

The fifth track was cool, but I guess I'm not really in the mood for it and the last three, I'm not really into that kind of black metal anymore, but they were enjoyable

Overall great list
I’m not the man I used to be, I... I can’t go back to Arkham.

I... I should return to Arkham.

Among the churchyard’s mouldering stones I recognise a name – my own.
I have come home to Arkham.

I threw Morne in there to help with the transition from the heavier stuff down to the black metal. I was gonna do an entire crust list but Mind Kill and Broadsword wanted some new DBM stuff, and of course they aren't even around to listen.

It always gives me problems too for some reason. It will work about 50% of the time.

Are you not on high speed?

I'm on like 54 mb wireless or something like that, but some under-sea cables have malfunctioned and all of Kuwait's internet is slow as ass. I'll keep trying tomorrow.

I have always been a big fan of depressing stuff.

The current "DBM" scene is pretty pathetic though. Especially the German one.

My love of depressive black metal begins and ends with early Mutiilation. Even then, it can get very boring.

Does the playlist have to be with bands as obscure as these? I honestly haven't heard any of em :P.

I was planning on mixing obscure and big bands (big meaning Helloween, Atheist, type things).

The point of the show is to expose everyone to new bands.

We all know who Helloween and Atheist are.
