^WTF dude, you've been recommending AVTs all night. They're barely better than MGs

To TS, try to find a used Peavey Classic 30 or a Crate V something or another
Gibson SG Standard
Gibson Les Paul Traditional
Cort Explorer
Squire Standard Strat rebuilt with Fender USA parts
Squire Tele
Krank 1980
Orange Tiny Terror
Traynor YCV 50 Blue
Peavey Vypyr 75

Will fly for food. Call me Dylan

If you have the right settings, AVTs are an almost perfect Appetite for Destruction tone.

EDIT: And AVTs are a hell of a lot better than MGs. AVTs aren't the best but MGs have terrible, god-awful tone.

I just got a nice lil Vox amp for 200...and it sounds better than 99% of the amps i've heard before...you should check them out.

That'll still leave you alot for the effects you want as well...

Most things are better than MGs.
However, this kid could get a lot better amp for his money than an AVT.

Classic 30 is a great choice, be sure to check those out. I've also heard good things about the blues jr, although I haven't tried one out myself.

This forum recomended me a Traynor (I play the same bands you do, I mostly play all gnr songs, and some aerosmith) and I ended up trying one out and it was amazing so I got that.
Gear:

Epiphone Les Paul Custom
Traynor YCV40 Custom Valve Combo Amp
Crybaby GCB-95 Wah
Boss DD-3 Digital Delay
Digitech RP-50
