Ok I have a Randall 40w amp.

I'm guessing Distrotion pedals can give a better sound than the amp?

On another forum someone said they tried this amp and the sounds was crap for them.

If I end up getting a distortion pedal, I like the look of the digitech metal ones, but I don't know

Oh and is a Behringer UW300 a good Wah pedal?

You don't need a pedal. Maybe try one with your amp at a music shop, see if it improves your tone. But yeah, unless the distortion will improve your tone, it would be a waste of cash.

And Behringer usually make really shoddy guitar pedals, I wouldn't recommend them.

Don't even consider a Behringer pedal, they're terrible. I had an Overdrive/Distortion, it was the biggest waste of $40AUD.

haha, thanks.

Well there won't be any of that amp left in royce, I'll just try it with a Randall of different wattage, or wait till they get more in.

Yeah I just saw the Wah pedal was cheap so I thought I'd ask if it's any good, obvously not, it looks like Dunlop Crybabys are the way to go. I probably only have about $150 to spend though so I'll have to wait till I find a job haha.
