So my friend is building me a pedalboard, and I need to know the best configuration so he can know the dimensions.

In front of the amp, it's just Guitar -> Boosta Grande -> Amp

In the loop,
Send -> Ernie Ball VPJR -> Boss DD-6 -> Boss GE-7 (used as volume boost) -> Boss RC-50 -> Return.

My pedals are laid out in the way I think is best. Everything is in the effects loop except the Boosta Grande and obviously the amp's footswitch. Can anybody think of something better than this? (Crappy lighting/pictures/camera phone)

Thanks!

Yeah that seems fine. Although if I remember right, aren't the VPJR and BG both booster pedals, as well as the GE-7 (as you use it)?

I use the BG as a gain boost, and the GE-7 for solos and places where I need to be just a little louder. The volume pedal is usually kept at max, mostly used for volume swells, but I also use it to back off a little bit.
