depends on the source of the noise really, put it after the source. if its the guitar after the guitar, if its the pedals, then after them. i think you would put it in the effects loop to correct the amps noise. correct me if im wrong

I have my guitar going into my OD pedal, which goes into the Decimator, which then leads straight into the amp, and I get no noise. Have you tried something like that?

You have a Valveking though... not the most noisy amp in the world.

Yo wassup, I'm trying to expand my musical horizons if you know what I mean, so can anybody reccomend me some cool Juggalo jazz?

With it's built-in gain boost it is, and even with both that AND my Boss OD, the Isp right before the amp makes it silent, so raspberries for you

Whats your gain set at?

Also feedback and things of that nature before the amp.
Low freq constant humming throw it in the effects loop.

Seeing as most noise on a 6505 comes from the amp, and you complained about feedback you'll need to stick it in the FX loop to get the best results
No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable
