okay my amp died a couple of months ago and i haven't had anything since.
Now i've been given a Marshall 1965b 4x10 cab by a freind on sort of long term loan.
I spent a while looking at and trying heads to go with this, and at the moment my favourite is the peavey valveking head.
So do you think this would be a good buy / match the cab okay, or any suggestions for anything else? (i dont have alot of money, I would have to save up for a while for the valveking anyway)

I play clean stuff like counting crows, Blues and general rock music. So i want some nice cleans and some decent distortion (I'm not playing any metal though)

I have an Ibanez S470, and a few fx pedals (digitech screamin blues overdrive, marshall compressor, Ibanez TC7 chorus and A Vox wah)

any help would be greatly appreciated

well the valveking is like £275 new so somewhere around there i think.

Maybe try and find a used Classic 30 head?

I've always been interested as to how the C30 sounds through 4x12 speakers.

It's probably full sounding awesomeness!

i've hooked my combo up to a 2x12 and 4x12. It sounds great. It really adds an extra oomph to the tone. That would be a good choice for you TS. As would a blackheart
