Which is the better deal for someone that likes to play Blues, Rock, enjoys a nice Hendrix like clean with a good reverb and is planning on buying a OCD Fulltone Overdrive Pedal?
#2
Are you talking about the Windsor studio, or the head version?
I say go for the Blues Junior though.

I've never played the studio, but own the head and it's about as different from a blues junior as you can get. I'd go with the blues junior also.

Considering you actually want cleans, I'd go with the Blues Junior.

i haven't tried the windsor studio though, i'm assuming you mean the head.
I'm an idiot and I accidentally clicked the "Remove all subscriptions" button. If it seems like I'm ignoring you, I'm not, I'm just no longer subscribed to the thread. If you quote me or do the @user thing at me, hopefully it'll notify me through my notifications and I'll get back to you.

I'll have to put the Classic T models on my to-try list. Shame the finish options there are Anachronism Gold, Nuclear Waste and Aged Clown, because in principle the plaintop is right up my alley.

Presumably because the CCF (Combined Corksniffing Forces) of MLP and Gibson forums would rise up against them, plunging the land into war.

I just got a Blues Jr. Does cleans very nicely, the reverb is sweet. Crank the pre-amp and you get some sweet crunch. I'm getting a big muff today to get some more tones.

I can vouch it gets a really nice pre and power amp crunch, it's a fantastic blues and light/classic rock amp aswell as the obvious clean uses!

Blues Jr. is a good clean amp with plenty of power. Don't let the 15 watts fool you. I know a guy who gigs with a Blues Jr. For larger venues he mics the speaker but he always gets a great tone.

You can always find a pedal to crunch up a good clean amp but you can never clean up a distorted amp.

I love my Windsor, but it definately would not fit your needs. It is pure rock, not a clean amp. Blues Junior for sure.
