Ok guys, serious question here to anyone that has hooked up a wiimote to a pc.

I got a new 32" lcd tv for Christmas which I have been using as a monitor (its rather amazing, actually). That opened me up to the possibility of using a wiimote as a mouse.

I went out and bought a bluetooth adapter and downloaded WiinMote. So far it works beautifully (I still need to go and buy an extra sensor bar for IR control, right now I'm just using the accelerometer control), but I tried to open Audiosurf, and it worked, until it got to the actual gameplay.

Once the mouse cursor was hidden, the computer would stop reading the wiimote input. Nothing. After I exited out of the game, and the cursor was back, the wiimote worked. It also worked on an other game (RCT2) but in that game, the cursor is not hidden.

Any Ideas?

PS, I tried this in the gaming thread and 3 pages later, no reply

I've always wanted to try that but I don't have a Bluetooth Adapter.

I don't have a clue how to fix your problem though. Maybe you should ask the forum from the website you downloaded the program.
