i was wandering around the internet and stumbled across the 60th aniv. MIA telecasters, year 07 (production july 06). and realized it looks almost like my MIM except the 60th diamond inlay under the bridge, and the different bridge. solid blonde ash body(mine is 4, the MIA looks to be 1 or 2), maple neck etc. i took a look at the back of my headstock and saw the 60th diamond metal tag. is there anything different about it other than that? or is it just another MIM telecaster with a ash body instead of alder or poplar or whatever they use on the normal MIMs? my pricetag was $75 more i think, and i loved the look, and attributed the higher cost to the finish.
