I lurve my Doc Martenssssss
Her friends are gazing on her,
And on her gaudy bier,
And weep!-oh! to dishonor
Dead beauty with a tear!
They loved her for her wealth-
And they hated her for her pride-
But she grew in feeble health,
And they love her-that she died.

I wear them all the time. Steel capped.

I have 4 pairs of steel capped combat boots. I love them all.
I'm not cool.

I got a pair of jungle combat boots a few months ago because I was in a play about the Vietnam war. The show's over, but I still wear them. They're comfortable, waterproof, and supportive.

(and the bring me over the 6 ft mark).

They should be used for going into combat not Starbucks.

meh, I see your point, but they do have uses outside of combat, I have a pair that I use as general work boots, since I don't like those big ugly ass timberlands and those are the only other alternative i can find in most stores.

Doc Martens aren't combat boots, although the black ones look sort of similar.

How the hell do you wear these things?

Where do your pants go?

In or out?

either way, though the military style is to have them in or bloused.

bloused?!!?!

if you aren't in the military you don't need to worry about it, just tuck them in before you lace up the boots.

My Doc Martens are win personified.
Please excuse my godawful username. I was thirteen.

I hate them. In Israel, I had to wear them for school (navy school. Ugh). They are the most uncomfortable thing ever.
I ended up faking a medical paper allowing me to not use them with photoshop .

Yeah they're fine, if you're in the military. Otherwise don't **** around with them.

I love my combat boots. But I've only really worn them in cadets. As for wearing them in normal day to day usage, I'm not too sure. Would probably only wear them with baggy trousers, which happen to be green, thus might look a little OTT on the military thing.

90% of the people that wear combat boots are faggots that flinch at the mere suggestion of real combat.

If they're used practically, they're fine. But when kids just wear the ones with spikes on, it annoys me.

I've got an old pair of NI issue British Army combat boots, but only because I used to be in the army cadets. To be quite honest I don't know why I still have them, I have other walking boots now...

I'm quite a fan of Cowboy boots and Chelsea/Beatle boots. I think I've seen a pair of Combat boots somewhere in my house.

They aren't combat boots, they're for skinheads to kick minorities.

I love mine too though.

They are pretty good, I have a pair of Russian paratrooper boots. I use them in the winter and for paintballing. Normal shoes are way better though.
