in yo gearz list, you happened to leave out what kind of guitar you play, unless a metalien happens to be a guitar, also, if it happens to be a guitar, what kind of maniac buys anything from behringer lettalone a guitar.

Well, since you seem to like Behringer...

Behringer FCB1010?

MY suggestion is the Boss ME-50. All the effects you could ever want for $300.

POD XT Live. After 2 years I still think this thing is great and the honeymoon is long over. I will caution you though that if you haven't messed with this type of equipment before it's not plug and play and took me 3 to 4 weeks of tweaking before I really started to get it to sound good. It's well worth the learning curve.

Only get the GNX4 if you want an 8 track recorder/looper, MP# backing tracks, and/or drum machine. I have a GNX4 and a X3 Live. If you take the the drums, backing tracks, and recorder out of the equation the X3 Live is the better unit. However, I like having 2Gigs of MP3 backing track storage, recorder, and drum machine. So if I had to choose only one I would take the GNX4.

so the X3 has more effects, im looking for a wide variety of the fallowing

Acoustic Sims
Chorus
Whammy
Flanger
maybe dist but i really dont care for this
plus i think the 8 track recorder and drum machine are a nice plus.
