I'm looking for a small practice amp for travel and whatnot.

I play Mostly Metal and some Blues and Classic Rock.

I'm a pretty big guy, so the weight of the amp is pretty much a non-issue.

My price range is below $150.

I'm looking for something that has different tones, which is why I was thinking about the Roland Microcube, or the 15 watt Peavy Vypyr. Any other suggestions are welcome.

I have tried both the Microcube and the Vypyr, and I liked both, but I'm torn on which to get.

Go for the Vyper or a larger cube, the Microcube is good but the small speaker doesn't sound that great.

People always tell me I solo like Zakk Wylde. Thats how I know that I suck.

Vyper, I tried the 15 watt at the store, it took me less then a minute to get a good metal tone. I had a Roland Cube 60, the sound pretty much sucked and it broke down for no reason.
