Clearing out some gear to fund new guitar and amp.

All items are currently on the bay but will take them off if anyone wants to buy. I'm open to offers and trades in person.

I'm in Caerphilly near Cardiff if anyone is close enough to wish to pick something up or view it.

Ibanez RG350DX

This is my Ibanez RG350DX in white which i bought new about 9 months ago.

Selling as part of a clear out and looking to get a fixed bridge ibanez, for those low tunings.

It's in a fair condition with one small ding on the top edge and small hairline crack on the bottom edge.

No marks other than that really, not even the usual paint fading on bridge.

Sounds awesome, i played this through a Boss MT-2 into a friends plexi and it sounded absolutely killer.

Lovely feel to the neck with that thin wizard profile.

Edge III tremelo for those wicked dive bombs.

Looks sexy as hell with the white and black and pearloid scratch plate.

New strings, GHS boomers 10's, a couple of weeks ago.

Plays nice but could do with a pro set up in my opinion.

You can find the Ibanez spec here: http://www.ibanez.com/EG/guitar.aspx?m=RG350DX

Washburn Bantam RB2500 5 String Active Pickup

This is my 5 string Washburn Bantam RB2500.

I bought this back last year when i was playing bass in a band but we split so no need for it anymore.

It's a lovely bass to play with a great sound.

The neck is really thin for a 5 string and the strings are quite close together, making it very easy to play.

The finish is gloss black and it's really durable although being gloss black it shows up all those fingerprints. It's got a few light scratches here and there but nothing that's gone to the paint, the type of scratches that only show under direct light. There is some nast buckle rash scratching on the back though by the string holes.

It's thru-strung and the bridge and tuners hold it in tune with absolutely no problems whatsoever, i can leave this for weeks and it will stay in tune.

The humbucker double-coil active pickup with a volume, a bass and a treble knob. The bass knob is actually an active tone control is which called the Phat knob which gives an orgasmically bassy sound.

I play pretty much everything and anything and this will handle what ever you throw at it with great ease. Being a 5 string it gives the advantage of being able to play stuff like The Cure through to any style of modern metal.

The preamp is great and will give you any tone you could dream of.

The action is a little lower than i'd like it to be although there is no fret buzz whatsoever but that's personal preference.

The brushed steel hardware seems as though it will last forever.

Makes crackling when plugging in if i remember correctly not played it in a while. Probably a loose connection but i'm not sure.

BC Rich Mockingbird Project - Spares/Repair

This is my mockingbird project which i no longer have time for.

This was a bronze series mockingbird which i bought from a friend.

It was resprayed in satin black which looks quite nice, the finish isn't great though.

The pick ups were replaced with these zebra style one i had from a music man copy.

The electronics weren't working when it was given to me.

I thought it was the switch so i replaced that but there's still no sound.

I deal project for some one with a little electronic know how.

I can't comment on the sound because i've never played it though an amp but it does play nice, i often use it unplugged to practice.

How much do you think postage would be for the bass?

I'm in Bristol so I might be able to collect it, but I'm a quite busy at the moment and I'm going back to York for uni in a week and half.

Let me know and I'll get back to you
