killswitch seems like a bit of a cliched mod. since its a f-50 u must be in ur first 1-3 years of playing and prolly not in any serious/gigging band so u dont need to worry bout crazy paintjobs to catch peoples attention. Since its a low end model you should get the most out of the sound with new pickups, new nut, new tuners, new bridge, etc. I think a floyd rose is a bit out of the question since u prollu dont have a high budget also itll only distract u from ur playing.

Au contraire. The French for "to the contrary" basically.

That guitar with a swirl would look really cool but it would be a waste of a nice paint job, in my opinion.

Gah. Don't waste the money to put a Floyd on that. It's one thing if you want to buy one and do it yourself($200), but it's another if youre going to pay someone else(like most people want to do...) which would be much much more.
