Hey guys,

I'm looking into buying some pedals soon, and I just want your opinion on how my rig is going to be once all those purchases are made.

Currently, my setup looks like this: Les Paul/Strat>Tubescreamer>Crybaby>Egnater Rebel through Epiphone Valve Junior Cab....In the effects loop is the Digitech Whammy. I like where my pedals are placed in the chain currently, and sometimes I'll throw the Tweak Fuzz in there.

I play classic rock, some harder rock, maybe some metal, and some blues. I also have a Peavey Valveking.

I'm looking into getting:

Line 6 DL4 Delay: http://guitars.musiciansfriend.com/product/Line-6-DL4-Delay-Guitar-Pedal?sku=150380
Xotic AC Booster: http://www.humbuckermusic.com/xoacbope.html
Loop-Master 8-Loop Effects Switcher: http://www.loop-master.com/product_info.php?cPath=21&products_id=156
Korg Pitchblack Tuner: http://accessories.musiciansfriend.com/product/Korg-Pitch-Black-Pedal-Tuner?sku=210087
Line 6 Verbzilla: http://guitars.musiciansfriend.com/product/Line-6-ToneCore-Verbzilla-Pedal?sku=150397

So what I would do is plug all of my pedals into the Loop-Master Pedal Switcher, which would make them all true bypass. It'll make everything a bit more organized and it'll make it easier for me to turn each pedal on when I need to.

What do you guys think of these purchases? I'm pretty set on those pedals, I've tried them all, and I really like them. How would I wire it all up order-wise? Like I said, I like the Tubescreamer before the wah, it seems like it gives it more of a sweep to me, sounds better overall.

Opinions on all of this gear? Will my rig sound amazing? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Yup, I'll definitely mess with a couple different orders, but I have heard that tuners work best before everything else.

I would put a new speaker in the cab. Good quality speakers make all the difference to your tone.
Gibson SG Standard
Gibson Les Paul Traditional
Cort Explorer
Squire Standard Strat rebuilt with Fender USA parts
Squire Tele
Krank 1980
Orange Tiny Terror
Traynor YCV 50 Blue
Peavey Vypyr 75

Hmmm...that's a possibility. I've heard good thinks about Greenbacks, and Vintage 30's. Any other suggestions?

If you're not playing much for metal, than a Greenback ought to work out well for you.

Well I wouldn't be putting the speaker in the Valveking, I'd be putting it in the Valve Junior Cab. The speaker in there now is pretty decent I think...

Yeah, sorry about that I scrolled up and missed the whole Egnater/Valve Junior thing.

Haha, it's no problem. Is it worth it to put the Valve Junior Cab's speaker in the Valveking, and put a new speaker in the Valve Junior Cab?

What speaker is in it now?

I suppose it could be worth a try.

It's got a 12" Eminence Lady Luck Speaker in it right now.

Honestly i'd replace the Valvekings speaker if you use it much.
The stock speaker in it isn't that good.

But thats opinion.

Yeah, I agree. Before I had the Egnater, I was using the Valve Junior Cab as an extension for my Valveking.

What do you usually use the valveking for

Vintage 30's are good all around speakers, and will sound good when used with either one of your amps. I bought a Warehouse V-30 clone for my VK, and it really took the amp to a whole new level.
