I just started bass up again.
I was just wondering of some good songs to learn using your fingers.
I've always played with a pick because I also play electric guitar, but I want to start using my fingers a lot more.
So any good finger-style song??
Thanx

generally steady beat stuff. like green day or muse depending on how much experience you have. Pretty much any green day song, as for muse, id say hysteria, time is running out, or starlight.
if you wanna do slaps and stuff, red hot chili peppers is the way to go.

Delirium Trigger by Coheed and Cambria is good. Stadium Arcadium and Californication by RHCP are both pretty good songs too. Maybe something like Bladecatcher or Wolf is Loose by Mastodon.

There's a thread for this, and you can learn any song "finger-style" and it'll sound decent.
You could always learn the mario theme, it really is a great warm-up song and a crowd pleaser.
