With p90s in those guitars would you have to make the route on the guitar bigger to drop a humbucker in it? Anyone know?

i think p90 s are longer and thinner so you would need to route out some width and fill in some of the length...
Thank you please.

On the other hand, why would you ever swap P90s for humbuckers?

If you must, though, then yes you'll need a router and you'll need to make up for the added length of the P90s.

... Please don't do it. P90s are great.

Don't Gibson use Humbucker sized P-90's anyways?

I've seen a few models that do, although I may be mistaken and thinking of the P-100's?

Is there any black people on UG?
I don't think a lot of black people play guitar anymore.
