Have you ever listened to Streetlight Manifesto? Not hugely jazzy, but it's got horns and guitar and the like.

Almost anything by Joe Pass. Joe took the guitar as a solo instrument in jazz to a level no one else has been able to equal. I'm happy you asked for stuff with other instruments, I'll be able to help you with that.

Other guys to try out:
Wes Montgomery - Smokin' at the half note, The Incredible Guitar of Wes Montgomery
Grant Green - Green Street, Idle Moments, Matador
Django Reinhardt
Jim Hall - Concierto, Alone Together
Anything by Barney Kessel
Joe Pass - Virtuoso, Northsea Nights, Far Wes

If you want to try some stuff without guitar, try these:
Oliver Nelson - The Blues and the Abstract Truth
Lee Morgan - Sidewinder
Art Blakey - Moanin'
John Coltrane - My Favorite Things
Charles Mingus - Mingus Ah Um
Thelonious Monk - Straight, No Chaser

This is like recommending kool aid to someone who asked for something similar to an apple.
