Deprivation...Need...Metal.

But.

With Growling deep BASS that when listen too, floor rumbles. VERY DEEP BASS, BUT AUDIBLE.

Seriously, pretty much any well produced Death Metal should do you. Cannibal Corpse comes to mind.

Or, you could have a look at some doom metal, especially stoner doom. Very bass heavy.

I'm not much of a doom fan, but I do know of some bass playing people who worship Electric funeral.

Old-school Slayer should suit you well. Anything from the first few albums will have very prominent bass. Cannibal Corpse and Death are also great places to look.

And some deathcore should do too. Especially some All Shall Perish (Never...Again & There is No Business To Be Done On A Dead Planet)

In Flames new stuff, especially Take this Life, has some very deep distorted bass. The Sword also has some nice bass to em, as they are a doom/stoner metal band like Sabbath was.

For Slayer, I'd go as far as saying anything before and after Undisputed Attitude should be fine.

Anyways, OLD In Flames should also serve one well, and Lamb of God. Boost that bass, John Campbell plays some really good lines.

As Blood Runs Black has some songs you might like in that genre.
Try In Dying Days, or My Fears have become Phobias.
You'll probably like Legends Never Die, there's insane double bass in that song.

well no because i never was nor never will be stoned...and crazytrain was an ozzy song not Sabbath

but yes Sabbath has influenced most genres of metal..

Or, the guy could have just been saying they are a doom metal band, which by modern standards, they are not very far off at all.

The slash was key.

Sabbath have never been stoner metal. Stoner metal/rock started with Kyuss. However, Black Sabbath did help influence it. Being an influence =/= being part of the genre.

Master of Reality did have quite a few sludgey/doom moments, but I wouldnt call them stoner metal, either.

They really aren't. A lot of them are actually pretty laid back when not performing, like Alex Webster, for example.

Anyway, deep, deep bass tends to not be very audible in any genre, but here's my list of metal bands/songs with prominent bassists:

Classic metal/NWOBHM/Power Metal:
Black Sabbath
Blue Cheer
Blue Oyster Cult- Godzilla (awesome, although simple, bass solo in the middle)
Deep Purple
Iron Maiden
Motorhead- The Chase is Better than the Catch (cool bass interlude)
Helloween- Eagle Fly Free

Thrash Metal:
Metallica
Slayer (early work)
Sadus (or anything else in Steve DiGiorgio's massive discography)

Death Metal
Death
Atheist
Cynic
Gordian Knot
Cannibal Corpse

Other
Rage Against The Machine
Queensryche
Primus
