im looking to pick up clarinet and i want to buy a beginning one to start off with i have a 300 dollar budget (christmas money)

i found these four clarinets off musicians friend. now fellow clarinet players which one is best for the money?

nope theres a lot of guys that play jazz clarinet benny goodman, artie shaw etc in fact i havent heard a woman playing jazz clarinet yet

ive considered this but maybe they might be in bad condition eg leaks, dry pads etc

A lot of places will allow you to rent from them and have a portion of the money go towards actually buying the instrument that you are renting. I did this with my clarinet; it was roughly 700 bucks new i played it for two years and ended up only having to pay like 320 to buy it in full from the place. I would check into doing this at local music stores.
