Vypryr IMO you can do more with it. The only diffrent settings on the spider that are diffrent are the Insane and Clean.
With the Vypyr everything is diffrent and pedals sound better through it

why does everyone think the vypyr is so damn good? it honestly sounds just as bad as the spider. with the vypyr, you basically have to have an effect running, even on bypass mode. i think that's stupid. and it honestly just sounds bad...

Dude, when it's set to bypass, the signal doesn't even touch it. Oh, and the vypyr is a good amp. The effects actually sound decent as do the amps.
