Why is it that most tabs don't have a strumming pattern included? Obviously, that can have a huge impact on the sound. For me, it's tough to figure out sometimes. It seems odd that people go through all of the time and effort to create a tab but then leave out a crucial piece of info. What's the skinny?

Strumming is also the easiest to identify and if someone can't figure it out just by listening, then they probably wouldn't be able to do it if you showed them.
Does being successful truly make you a sell out? Can't you do your own original music and be successful because of it?

what he said... most ppl that try to read or use a strumming pattern end up not getting it right no matter how hard they try... the best and i mean the best way to learn it is to grab your acoustic or w/e your using and just listen to the song and try to match whats going on untill you get it, and eventually you will, that is the BEST and EASIEST way, good luck!
