Ok i didn't see many that even looked like this so here is the deal. Im trying to make a huge list of songs that everyone should have. It can be anything, funny, rock, blues, folk, etc. I personally like anything that sounds good (Didn't know i had to be specific for the one's that have a hard time in enlish), but im running out of things to listen to. I haven't heard any new music in like three years. This list will be for everyone, but it will also help me. Any input would be appeciated. I will add to the list regularly if this gets any attention.

Edit: The songs SPECIFICALLY are ones that if someone said "I haven't ever heard of that one" that they sould be banned from life. Ya know all the classics and good new ones.

Here is the format:

Song - Artist - Type
Crazy Train - Ozzy Osbourne - Metal

A
Antikrist - Dimmu Borgir - Metal
D
Dimmu Borgir - Antikrist - Metal
Doom Over the World Revered Bizarre - Metal
Dopethrone - Electric Wizard - Metal

K
Konstantine - Something Corporate -Alternative

N
Nude - Radiohead - Rock

S
Supernaut - Black Sabbath - Metal

This thread - Xaxu - Fail.

You could at least have specified some criteria other than the fact that they have to 'sound good'.

Radiohead - Nude - Awesome rock.
Something Corporate - Konstantine - I dunno.

What's the point in recommending stuff everybody knows?

Edit: I misread the thread. I thought we were just recommending music.

No Rain - Blind Melon - modern rock
In My Place - Coldplay - pop/rock
Shine On You Crazy Diamond (all parts) - Pink Floyd - classic rock/prog rock

Because he's looking for "a huge list of songs that everyone should have". Basically, he's looking for songs we've all heard before, especially when he says "if someone said 'i haven't ever heard of that one', they should be banned from life".
Unless i'm misunderstanding something, he's looking for popular songs from the last few years. Think "Afterlife" by Avenged Sevenfold, or something along those lines, me thinks.
