I am(as almost everyone else) saving to a new amp. i hate my Squier Sp-10 cuz i think it is blown and it have always buzzed.
i need and amp that is as big as possible(smaller risk for it getting blown, right?) and cost around 200$. i play mostly metal and rock.
i dont want a spider cuz i have heard so much bad about it.
i am very n00bish about amps so i cant search for myself.
i use my squier amp mostly as computer speaker.

No idea what prices are like where you are but based on UK prices, the most powerful cheap amp you'll get for Metal that is any good is the Roland Cube 60. Other than that, look at a Peavey Vypyr 30w
Gibson Les Paul Studio with Catswhiskers pickups
PRS SE 'Floyd' Custom 24 with Creamery pickups
Fender Standard Stratocaster with DiMarzio pickups
Takamine GN30
BluGuitar AMP1

the roland cube 60 seems pretty good. i found one used at 100$ near my cousins.

I think you should get the Cube. It's versatile. Or, if you can get another hundred, go tube with the Crate Palomino V50.
