I'd like to buy small combo amp for home practising (and maybe later small rehearsals, but just maybe). Which one of this options will be the best one? Share your feelings about amp you choose. Reason your vote.
I play mostly rock(hard rock, like my chemical romance, dire straits, green day, HIM, ACDC, Nirvana etc...) and metal (Bullet For My Valentine, Nightwish, Metallica, Dream Theater, Trivium etc...), so I need good hi-gains.

Yeah it'll either be the vox ad15vt or the cube 30.

I'd personally go for the vox since it does actually have a tube in there somewhere.

Ok, I can see that the most votes are on cube 30. How works power squeezer?

Out of what you have there I went for the Cube 30X but in truth I wouldn't buy any of them. The Cube is great for Metal but can sound a bit digital, especially at lower gain levels while the Vox is a great amp for Rock but really isn't up to Metal. If it was me, I'd get the Peavey Vypyr 30w as it's better than anything you have listed there.

Not because it sounds better for what he plays?

While long term reliability is yet to be proven the Vypyr can hit the tones you are after. It's kind of toss up though between the Cube 30 and Vypyr 30. Try them and see what you think.
I wondered why the frisbee was getting bigger, then it hit me.

I like the Vox way better. I have the 50 watt version and it's a lot better than my friend's Cube 60.

If you can afford a Cube 30, pull out $5 more and get a Vox AD30VT.

As someone said above the Peavey Vyper sounds good as well. But out of the amps listed I would go for the Cube.
