Hello all,

Im learning the bassline to "Down in Mexico" by The Coasters (yes, that lapdance song from "Death proof") and was wondering if anyone could speed me along?

Im pretty sure I have the chord changes and general timing down, and a few of the fills. But if anyone can tell me what chords/scales he improv's most of the line with it would be appreciated!

Thanks, and have a funky new year!

Ok, so I had the chord changes right. Sometimes its hard to hear what he's doing though, no one knows if he's using E7's or Dm(for example) chords to base most of his line on? Any extra info would be greatly appreciated!

Haha, me too.
I was playing that earlier today and it's the perfect song for pentatonic improv.
