Pretty much write down a want list that you want for bass....

make it realistic
w/o bass n drums, there wouldn't really be rock music.

Schecter is pronounced 'Shek-ter', right? I don't want to walk in and say, "Hey, can I try out that Sketcher?" and have the helper reply with "Wtf, we don't sell shoes!"

Taking the piss out of Americans is like bullying retards, it's unashamedly one-sided but extremely gratifying.
Ricken Backer 4001 and a bass amp of some description, right now I'm using my guitar amp.
Main Gear:

ESP Eclipse CTM I
Dean 'Shards' Razorback
Chapman Guitars ML-1
Ibanez AEL40SE Acoustic
Blackstar HT-5 Mini Stack
EHX Metal Muff
EHX Small Clone
Fender Standard Jazz Bass
Ampeg SVT Bass Amp Half-Stack

I am a guitarist, so I don't really have a chance of buying those.

I probably will get a Squier J-Bass and an Acoustic B-10 eventually, just for myself.

Other than that, I'd like a 15" Genz Benz cab to chuck under my 410, but it's really not needed for the time being.

I'd really love a 5 or 6 string bass, probably a Spector or a Bongo. I went back and played the Bongo again and I find that the body shape really doesn't bother me as much as it used to.

I also want to add a looper and a pedal to fatten up my tone for blues playing.
