Fulltone OCD V4. Does the latest version use a red light or a blue light? I've seen one with a blue light and i've seen another with a red light and arrows around the knobs.

Five seconds of google searching, which I suggest you try next time, reveals that v4 uses a red led, with the previous versions using blue.
Someones knowledge of guitar companies spelling determines what amps you can own. Really smart people can own things like Framus because they sound like they might be spelled with a "y" but they aren't.

Yea, god-forbid someone would ask a question about a piece of guitar equipment on this site.

Though yes, it does use a red LED as google just proved to me. But still.

As far as I know, the blue LED was used on the earlier versions.
