I just bought a chromed metal piece of dish washer pipe so I can use it as a "bottle"neck slide!!!

But I haven't tried it cuz' I'm traveling... how do you thing it might sound on my electric guitar?

it'll probably work

Duane Allman made slides out of Coricidin bottle necks, so I don't see why this wouldn't, either, provided it can fit your finger.

Greg what did you send me??

Anything round (or not round) and hard (or not hard) will work. I've used a popsicle stick as a slide.

Please stop using using J's to make an H sound on sites that use English.

I dunno if it is just me but I find it incredibly annoying every time I read "JaJaJaJaja."

But have you used a spoon?

Yes. Not like that (didn't click it because I've probably already seen it), but I have used a spoon, a knife, a battery, a spark plug, my phone, and just about anything else you can think of for a slide.

Thank you too! Yep I'm not from the US... and I actually made a pretty different question... which actually led to this other not-knowing-hispanics kind of answer:

Dude... just buy one. They are like 7 bucks.

Here is not as easy as you might think... they're pretty expensive because of the importation and I use to have one made of glass but it didn't last long...

I though in buying a metal one but I just can't find them and there are pretty expensives ones out there... so I though hey! Everyone makes one out of nothing so I'll give it a shot.

But thanks for the answers and just for the record: HERE (IN MY COUNTRY) EVERYONE CAN WRITE WHATEVER THEY WANT: JAJAJA JEJEJE JIJIJI JOJOJO HAHAHA HEHEHE XD LOL... and so goes on and this is actually the first time someone has ever complained...

Learn this... for us the 'h' is silent XD

But anyway thanks!

Batterys make great slides. i would suggest a larger battery for grip though.
