I know there was a thread about this a while ago but I can't find it :P

So any simple (Metal / Hard Rock) songs with Wah. I mean VERY simple.

Along the lines of Metallica, Iron Maiden, Pantera, Black Sabbath.

Bulls on Parade-RATM, yeah it sounds horrible but that's one of the ways I got good with my wah

If your child can breathe, suspect drugs. Only people who breathe take drugs. People who cannot breathe still can, but it is increasingly difficult.

Sounds horrible? That is one of their best songs. Awesomeness.

Anything with Kirk Hammet in it is sure to have a bit of wah thrown in.
Above post may or may not be true.

haha I didn't add the 'Search title only' in the search bar, thats why.

Anyway that list said anything RATM, Audioslave, Hendrix and I know black album metallica.

I'm looking for very simple onnes, last night I was playing along to before you accuse me, by clapton, best song for that.

I'm really looking for simple stuff so I can rule metallica out.

Motorbreath-Metallica
The Mitch Clem formula
1)make jokes about rancid and NOFX (as if they dont already make fun of themselves)
2)make obvious punk puns, possibly related to food
3)make fun of Rancid and NOFX again
4)??????
5)PROFIT (and an army of internet fanboys)

Nobody's said Voodoo Child yet....is that not the first thing that comes to our Wah Induced brains? Suppose its not Hard Rock or Metal, but somebody posted some Jimi just before so I thought I'd throw this in.
Some Slash tunes have alot of Wah in but there not always easy...or good. Pills Demons & etc on Libertad is very Wahry but it doesn't sound too great...

yeah I noticed Voodoo child in the other wah song forums....

Baha I don't think I'll be able to play the Motorbreath solo.

If you have a floating bridge, try Original Fire by audioslave. The solo uses wah and the whammy bar. Not the pedal.

Otherwise, look into just about every metallica song ever made, some jimi (namely voodoo child), RATM... I think JP uses some wah sometimes but that might be a bit too hard for you haha... Uhh, steve vai maybe?

Voodoo Child for sure.

Also the second suicide and redemption solo by metallica has a good wah and isnt too hard.
